Our stay at Apartments In Downtown was excellent. The value for money was great and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the shopping and tourist district, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast offerings could be improved with a wider variety of options.

The location was stunning close enough to all sites, metro, trams, bus and tuk tuk nearby, Lisbon and all tourist areas, and had everything you needed. The host met us and explained everything. Had a such great time here, we would recommend this apartment.

Location was superb and nice to stay in one of the old buildings. Lift was a pleasant and much needed surprise. Kitchen was good but Crockery & utensils needs updating. Balcony is a real asset and sun trap and nice to relax in. Maria was very accommodating and interactive over email before and during our stay.

The towels and bedding were a real let down and stank of Damp / cigarette smoke. The pillow on the beds were non existent and old, the bedding had blood stains on which was rather unpleasant.

The bedroom was spacious, offering a lovely view of the river, and the location was convenient with many nearby attractions and a fantastic bakery serving delicious food and drinks all day.

Stayed at Apartments In Downtown for 5 nights. Perfectly located in the center, close to attractions, bus/tram terminal, and a convenient supermarket. The apartment was spacious with a nice terrace and clean rooms. The landlord was enthusiastic and provided detailed information about the surrounding area. a very good experience.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration of the apartment at Apartments In Downtown. It gave me a sense of warmth and comfort, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The general areas of the hotel were also well-maintained and clean. As a senior woman, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel, with everything conveniently located on the ground floor and easily accessible for someone like me. It made me feel safe and comfortable during my stay.

I would have appreciated if the children working there could provide some additional assistance specifically catered towards senior people. Perhaps a helping hand with carrying luggage or offering some guidance for sightseeing activities that are more suitable for older individuals.

I had a fantastic stay here! The apartment was spacious and allowed for plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was a good size and well-equipped. I loved having a washing machine in the apartment, it was a great bonus. The location of the apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city center. It was easy to reach all the major sights and attractions, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff, particularly Rita, was very helpful and gave us lots of good information about the city. They even allowed us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we arrived early. I was very happy and comfortable here and wish I could have stayed longer. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, well-equipped apartment. Beautiful terrace for coffee or wine. Large kitchen and comfortable living space with lots of light. Spacious bedroom with no noise. Friendly and charming owner. Highly recommended.

Had an incredible New Year's stay at a charming apartment in the heart of the city. the bedroom was spacious and peaceful, with a comfy king-size bed and plenty of pillows. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was clean with a great shower over a full-size bath. the best part was the lovely veranda, perfect for enjoying morning coffee and evening wine. the location was amazing, with easy access to the metro and bus/tram stops. the owner was one of the loveliest people we've ever met, so friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to come back!
